We make every effort to ensure the photographs reproduce the fabric colors as faithfully as possible. However, slight variations in tone may occur due to the lighting used in the photographs or the screen settings of each device.

No. Loomi lampshades are sold separately from the bases shown in the photographs.

In the circular models, the top and bottom diameter are the same. In the square, oval, and rectangular models, the dimensions of the top and base are also identical.

The choice depends primarily on the height and width of the lamp base.

As a reference, the height of the lampshade should correspond approximately to 1/3 to 1/2 of the base height, and the width or diameter of the lampshade should be proportional to the widest part of the base.

Wider or bulkier bases generally support larger lampshades, while narrower and more delicate bases tend to look better with smaller dimensions.

Yes. It is possible to order multiple units of the same model, subject to fabric availability.

Because it is an artisanal production with printed fabrics, the exact positioning of the design may show small differences between pieces.

No. Loomi shades will be produced especially after the order is placed.

The lead time depends on the volume of orders we have; we try to ensure you receive your Loomi as soon as possible, but they are all handmade and it can take between 1 to 3 weeks, and during trade fairs or Christmas periods it can take up to 4 weeks.

When the order is shipped, you will receive shipping information and, whenever the carrier provides it, the respective tracking code.
